Kanwar Pal Singh Gill

Kanwar Pal Singh Gill (1934/35 – 26 May 2017) was an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and author. Gill was an author, editor, speaker, consultant on counter-terrorism, and served as president of the Institute for Conflict Management and president of the Indian Hockey Federation (IHF).
