Kanagi, Aomori

Kanagi (金木町, Kanagi-machi) was a town located in Kitatsugaru District in western Aomori Prefecture, Japan. It is the birthplace of famous author Osamu Dazai and singer-songwriter Yoshi Ikuzō. It was created in 1898 and merged into Goshogawara in 2005.
