Joy Kabatsi
Ugandan lawyer, farmer and politician
Joy Kabatsi Kafura (1 February 1954), is a Ugandan lawyer, farmer and politician. As of January 2020, she was the State Minister of Transport in the Cabinet of Uganda, effective December 2019. She belongs to National Resistance Movement political party.
