José Manuel Albares (born 1972) is a Spanish politician who currently serves as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation since 12 July 2021. He previously served as the ambassador to France on 5 February 2020 – 12 July 2021 and to Monaco on 13 May 2020 – 12 July 2021.
