Jorge Adolfo Carlos Livieres Banks (22 February 1929 – 17 December 2018) was a Paraguayan prelate of the Catholic Church who served as an auxiliary bishp of the Archdiocese of Asunción and as the bishop of the Diocese of Encarnación.
