Jon Ronson

British journalist and documentary filmmaker

Jon Ronson (born 10 May, 1967) is a Welsh-American journalist, author, and filmmaker. He has made documentary series for Britain's Channel 4 and for the BBC.

  • I suppose it's no surprise that we feel the need to dehumanize the people we hurt—before, during, or after the hurting occurs. But it always comes as a surprise. In psychology it's known as cognitive dissonance.
