American football player and Republican Georgia Senate political candidate (born 1962)
Herschel Junior Walker (born March 3, 1962) is a former American football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. He is the Republican nominee in the 2022 United States Senate election in Georgia despite being a current legal resident of Texas.
