Francis John Spence (3 June 1926 – 27 July 2011) was a Canadian prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the bishop of the Diocese of Charlottetown, the bishop of the Military Ordinariate of Canada, and the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Kingston.
