Françoise Kayitare Tengera
Françoise Kayitare Tengera is a Rwandan women currently serves as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Finance, overseeing finances, corporate services, procurement, and the University Single Projects Implementation Unit (SPIU). She held positions at the University of Rwanda-College of Business and Economics, where she served as the Acting Principal and Head of the Department of Finance. Tengera, a recipient of a presidential scholarship, earned her master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University in the USA. She is actively involved as a Board member and Director for institutions such as Rwanda Social Security Board, ActionAid Rwanda, INATEK, RIM s.a, and Don Bosco Initiative. Tengera is dedicated to impacting young lives through quality education and has been recognized for her outstanding commitment, earning the title of the best employee of the year in 2012. [1]
