Esperança Maria Eduardo Francisco da Costa (born 3 May 1961) is an Angolan biologist, academic, and politician. She has been serving as the fourth vice president of Angola since 15 September 2022. Prior to this, she was the deputy leader of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) party during the 2022 general elections.
