Dr Gloria Somolekae (born 3 November 1958) is the head of the Governance and Administration Unit at Botswana Institute for Development Policy Analysis (BIDPA). Dr Somolekae holds a Phd in Public Administration from Maxwell School, Syracuse University, USA.
