Belle edit

  • Why would I be startled? I'm talking to a candle.
  • He's not a monster, Gaston. You are!

Prince Adam/Beast edit

  • I received eternal damnation for one. I'm merely locking him away.
  • I am not a beast.

Gaston edit

  • Hello, Beast. I'm Gaston. Belle sent me. Were you in love with her? Did you honestly think she'd want you?

Maurice edit

  • You will never marry my daughter.

LeFou edit

  • Well, I used to be on Gaston's side, but we're so in a pretty bad place right now.

Agathe/Enchantress edit

  • [Narrating] Once upon a time, in the hidden heart of France, a handsome young prince lived in a beautiful castle. Although he had everything his heart desired, the prince was selfish and unkind. He taxed the village to fill his castle with the most beautiful objects... and his parties with the most beautiful people. Then one night, an unexpected intruder arrived at the castle, seeking shelter from the bitter storm. As a gift, she offered the prince a single rose. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince turned the woman away. But she warned him not to be deceived by appearances... for beauty is found within. When he dismissed her again, the old woman's outer appearance melted away... to reveal a beautiful Enchantress. The prince begged for forgiveness, but it was too late... for she had seen that there was no love in his heart. As punishment, she transformed him into a hideous Beast... and placed a powerful spell on the castle and all who lived there. As days bled into years, the prince and his servants were forgotten by the world, for the enchantress had erased all memory of them from the minds of the people they loved. But the rose she had offered was truly an enchanted rose. If he could learn to love another and earn their love in return by the time the last petal fell, the spell would be broken. If not, he would be doomed to remain a Beast for all time. As the years passed, he fell into despair and lost all hope, for who could ever learn to love a Beast?

Mrs. Potts edit

  • You're quite right there, dear. You see, when the master lost his mother, and his cruel father took that sweet, innocent lad and... twisted him up to be just like him, we did nothing.

Lumière edit

  • The honor was mine.
  • Cogsworth, we beat the clock!

Cogsworth edit

  • Lumière... my friend, it was an honor to serve with you.
  • Turn back into a clock. Turn back into a clock.

Chip edit

  • Mum said I wasn't supposed to move because it might be scary. Sorry.

Dialogue edit

Enchantress/Agathe: [first lines, narrating] Once upon a time, in the hidden heart of France, a handsome young prince lived in a beautiful castle.

[Belle hears Maurice somewhere in the castle, and using Lumière, she goes to the dungeon where Maurice is locked up]
Belle: Papa, is that you?
Maurice: Belle, how did you find me?
Belle: Your hands are ice. We need to get you home.
Maurice: Belle. Belle, you must leave here at once. This castle is alive. Now go before he finds you!
Belle: Who?
[They both turn to the same direction where they heard the Beast ferociously roaring. She sees the Beast's silhouette in an upper part of the tower]
Belle: Who's there? Who are you?!
Beast: [angrily] Who are you?
Belle: I've come for my father.
Beast: Your father... is a THIEF.
Belle: Liar!
Beast: He stole a rose.
Belle: I asked for the rose. Punish me, not him.
Maurice: [to Belle] No, he means forever. Apparently, that's what happens around here when you pick a flower!
Belle: [to the Beast] A life sentence for a rose?
Beast: [leaps down to her section of the tower, but remains hidden in the shadows] I received eternal damnation for one. I'm merely locking him away. Now, do you still wish to take your father's place?
Belle: Come into the light.
Beast: If you say so.
[The Beast doesn't move. Belle grabs Lumière and holds him up to the Beast's face. Seeing the Beast's intimidating appearance, she gasps in horror]
Beast: [scowling] Choose.
Maurice: Belle, I won't let you do this. I lost your mother, I won't lose you too! Now go. Go! [coughing]
Belle: Alright, Papa. I'll leave. [to the Beast] I need a minute alone with him. [The Beast turns away] You're being so cold-hearted you won't allow a daughter to say goodbye to her father? Forever can spare a minute.
[The Beast turns towards her, glaring at her. Then he pulls the switch opening the dungeon door]
Beast: When this door closes, it will not open again.
[Belle puts Lumière down and runs up to her father and hugs him]
Belle: I should have been here with you.
Maurice: Listen, Belle. It's alright. Go. Live your life, and forget about me.
Belle: Forget you? Everything I am is because of you.
Maurice: I love you, Belle. Don't be afraid.
Belle: I love you too, Papa. I'm not afraid. [she and Maurice hug; whispers] And I will escape, I promise.
Maurice: [confused] What? [Belle pushes Maurice out of the dungeon and closes the door]
Beast: You took his place.
Belle: He's my father.
Beast: Then he is a fool. And so are you!
Maurice: Belle...
[The Beast drags Maurice out of the castle]
Belle: Papa! [to the Beast] Be gentle with him!
Maurice: Belle, I'll come back! I promise!

[the Beast enters the dining room and sees a dinner plate on his side. He sits down and sees another plate set up across from him. He pushes away the plate in a fit of rage]
Beast: [roars] *Lumiere*!
[Lumière and Cogsworth get startled]
Lumière: [turns to Cogsworth] Be calm. Let me do the talking.
[the Beast bursts through the door]
Beast: You're making her dinner?
Lumière: We thought you might appreciate the company.
Cogsworth: Master, I just want to assure you that I had no part of this hopeless plan. Preparing her dinner, designing a gown for her, giving her a suite in the East Wing...
Beast: You gave her a bedroom?
Cogsworth: No, no, no! He gave her the bedroom.
Lumière: Well, this is true. But, if this girl is the one who can break the spell, then maybe you can start by using dinner to charm her.
[turns to Cogsworth, bonks]
Lumière: Good thinking, Cogsworth.
Cogsworth: What?
Beast: That's the most ridiculous idea, I've ever heard. Charm the prisoner.
Lumière: But you must try, master. With every passing day, we become less human.
Beast: She's the *daughter* of a common thief. What kind of person do you think that makes her?
Mrs. Potts: Oh, you can't judge people by who their father is, now can you?
[the Beast sighs]

Beast: [to Belle, gruffly] You'll join me for dinner. That's not a request.
Mrs. Potts: Gently, Master. The girl lost her father and her freedom in one day.
Lumière: Yes, the poor thing is probably in there scared to death.
[Unbeknownst to them, Belle has turned her pink gown into a rope so she can escape. The Beast knocks on her bedroom door again, softly this time; nervously]
Belle: Just a minute.
Lumière: You see? There she is. Now remember: Be gentle.
Mrs. Potts: Kind.
Plumette: Mmm, charming.
Cogsworth: Sweet!
Lumière: And when she opens the door, give her a dashing, debonaire smile! Come, come, show me the smile!
[the Beast gives a wide smile, showing his monstrous teeth. The servants react in fright]
Cogsworth: Oh, dear!
Plumette: Oh, no!
Beast: [his smile vanishes; graciously] Will you join me for dinner?
[He turns away and shakes his head at the servants as if to say, "This'll never work"]
Belle: You've taken me as your prisoner, and now you want to have dinner with me? Are you insane?

[Beast becomes visibly enraged; the servants back away in fear.]

Plumette: Uh-oh! He's losing it!
Cogsworth: Oh, dear!
Beast: [pounds on Belle's door repeatedly, angrily yelling] I told you to join me for dinner!
Belle: [Angrily] And I told you no!
Madame Garderobe: [awakens startled] Oh, what time is it? What's happening?
Belle: I'd starve before I ever eat with you!
Beast: [roaring ferociously] Well, be my guest! Go ahead and starve! [to Lumiere angrily] If she doesn't eat with me, then she doesn't eat at all! [storms off] Idiots!

Beast: [to the magic mirror] Show me the girl...

Mrs. Potts: [to Belle] The Master's not as terrible as he appears. Somewhere deep in his soul, there's a prince... of a fellow who just waiting to be set free.

Beast: [to Belle, who is in the West Wing admiring the enchanted rose; enraged] What are you doing here?! What did you do to it?!
Belle: [frightened] Nothing!
Beast: Do you realize what you could have done? You could have damned us all! Get out of here! GO!!!!!!

Gaston: Fareweel FOREVER!!!
Belle: [Screams]
Ben: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Maurice: No. I'm sure this is the way. Do you hear those wolves? That means we're getting very close to the castle.
Gaston: Look, enough is enough. We have to turn back.
Maurice: Stop.
[Gaston stops the cart]
Maurice: That's it. There it is. [snaps his finger] That's the tree. I'm sure of it. [gets off the cart] It-it was downed by lightning at the time. But now it's... resumed an upright position through some sort of... magic or other.
LeFou: [to Gaston] You really want to marry into this family?
Maurice: So that means that the... the castle is that - No. No, it's - [motions falling tree with his arm] That way. Definitely... that way.
Gaston: I am done playing this game of yours! Where is Belle?
Maurice: The Beast took her and she...
Gaston: There are no such things as beasts... or talking teacups... or magic! But there are wolves, frostbite, and starvation!
LeFou: [stands up] Deep breaths, Gaston. Deep breaths.
Gaston: [breathes deeply, then turns to Maurice] So, why don't we just turn around, go back to Villeneuve? I'm sure Belle is at home, cooking up a lovely dinner.
Maurice: If you think I've made all this up, then why did you offer to help?
Gaston: Because, I want to marry your daughter! [calms down] Now, let's go home.
Maurice: Belle is not at home! She is with the...
Gaston: [angrily grabs Maurice] You say "Beast" one more time, I WILL FEED YOU TO THE WOLVES!!!!!
LeFou: [tries to stop him] Gaston, stop it! Breathe, think of happy thoughts, go back to the war, blood, explosions, countless widows.
Gaston: Widows...
LeFou: Yes, yes. That's it... [Gaston calms down and LeFou taps his nose] That's it.
Gaston: [turns to Maurice, smiling. Maurice recoils] Maurice! Please forgive me, old bean. That's no way to talk to my future father-in-law, now is it?
Maurice: Future father-in-law?
Gaston: Yeah.
Maurice: You will never marry my daughter.
[Short silence. Gaston furiously punches Maurice in the face, knocking him out]
LeFou: I saw that coming.
[Cut to Gaston tying Maurice to a tree]
Gaston: If Maurice won't give me his blessing, then he's in my way. Once the wolves are finished with him, Belle will have no one to take care of her but ME!
LeFou: For the sake of exhausting all of our options, do we maybe want to consider a slightly less... gruesome alternative?
Gaston: Are you coming?
[LeFou gulps and quickly and hesitantly climbs into the carriage]

[Belle tries to heal the Beast back to health, with the servants watching]
Beast: [roaring in pain] OOWW!!! That hurts.
Belle: If you'd hold still, it wouldn't hurt as much.
Beast: If you hadn't run away, none of this would have happened.
Belle: Well, if you hadn't frightened me, I wouldn't have run away!
Beast: Well, YOU shouldn't have been in the West Wing.
Belle: Well, YOU should learn to control your temper!
Beast: This is where it stops! You are Forbidding to leave this castle YOU You're grounded! You hear me? GROUNDED!!!!
[the Beast turns away, too tired to argue. Belle finishes cleaning his wounds; he doesn't protest this time]
Belle: Try to get some rest.
Mrs. Potts: Thank you, miss.
Lumière: We are eternally grateful.
Belle: Why do you care about him so much?
Mrs. Potts: We've looked after him all his life.
Belle: But he's cursed you somehow. Why? You did nothing. [Cogsworth feels ashamed at the remark]
Mrs. Potts: [ashamed] You're quite right there, dear. You see, when the Master lost his mother, and his cruel father took that sweet, innocent lad and twisted him up to be just like him, we did nothing.
Lumière: Let him sleep.

Belle: [to Lumière; looking at the rose] What happens when the last petal falls?
Lumière: The Master remains a beast forever and we become...
Mrs. Potts: [sadly] Antiques.
Lumière: Knick-knacks.
Plumette: Lightly-used housewares.
Cogsworth: Rubbish. We become rubbish.
Belle: I want to help you. There must be some way to break the curse.
Cogsworth: Well, there is one... [Lumière cuts him off]
Mrs. Potts: It's not for you to worry about, lamb. We made our bed and now we must lie in it.

Belle: [reciting lines from "A Midsummer Night's Dream" as the Beast rests] "Love can transpose to form and dignity. Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind..."
[the Beast recites the rest of the line with her]
Belle and Beast: ..."And therefore is winged Cupid painted blind."
Belle: [surprised] You know Shakespeare.
Beast: [rolls over] I had an expensive education.
Belle: [visibly excited and engaged] Actually, Romeo and Juliet's my favorite play.
Beast: [groans exasperatedly] Ugh, why is that not a surprise?
Belle: [lightly offended] ... I'm sorry?
Beast: Well, all that heartache, and pining, and... bleaugh! [sticks out tongue] So many better things to read.
Belle: [shocked and slightly more offended] Like what?
[Belle and the Beast walk into his library]
Beast: Well, there are a couple of things in here you could start with....
[Belle stares at the library in amazement]
Beast: Are you alright?
Belle: It's wonderful!
Beast: Yes, I suppose it is. Well, if you like it so much, then it's yours.
Belle: Have you really read every one of these books?
Beast: [scoffs] No, not all of them. Some of them are in Greek.
Belle: [laughs] Was that a joke? Are you making jokes now?
Beast: [smirks] Maybe.
[He leaves, shaking his head and smiling. Belle giggles]

Belle: [finds the Beast reading in the garden] What are you reading?
Beast: [quickly closes the book] Nothing.
Belle: "Guinevere and Lancelot."
Beast: [correcting her] Well, actually..."King Arthur and the Round Table." Knights, and men, and swords, and things...
Belle: Still... It's a romance.
Beast: Alright...
Belle: I never thanked you for saving my life.
Beast: Well, I never thanked you for not leaving me to be eaten by wolves.
[Belle laughs and they heard the servants laughing in the castle]
Belle: [hears the servants laughing in the castle] They know how to have a good time.
Beast: [rolls his eyes] Yes, but when I enter the room, the laughter dies.
Belle: Me too.
[The Beast looks at her in surprise]
Belle: The villagers say that I'm a funny girl, but I'm not sure they mean it as a compliment.
Beast: I'm sorry. Your village sounds terrible.
Belle: [sighs] Almost as lonely as your castle.
Beast: [inspired] What do you say we run away?

Beast: [to Belle, opening the enchanted book] A little gift from the Enchantress. A book that truly allows you to escape.
[blows the dust off it and places it on the stand]
Belle: [fascinated] How amazing!
Beast: [sadly] It was her cruelest trick of all. It was just another curse. Perhaps our world has no place for a creature like me. But it can for you.
[He offers Belle his hand. Belle takes it and he places her hand on the book]
Beast: Think of the one place that you've always wanted to see. Now find it in your mind's eye and feel it in your heart.

Belle: [singing] "This is the Paris of my childhood/These were the borders of my life/In this crumbling, dusty attic/Where an artist loved his wife/Easy to remember/Harder to move on/Knowing the Paris of my childhood/Is gone"
[she sits on the bed as the Beast walks around to the other side of the room]
Beast: What happened to your mother?
Belle: It was the one story Papa could never bring himself to tell me. I knew better than to ask.
Beast: [he looks to the chair and gasps softly] A doctor's mask...
[he pauses]
Beast: Plague.
[flashback to a plague doctor closing his medicine case. Belle's mother lays sick on the bed behind him]
Plague Doctor: We have to leave. Now.
Belle's Mother: [to Young Maurice] Go, before it takes her too.
[he picks up a crying infant Belle as her mother kisses the rose he left behind. Back to present, Belle clutching her crib]
Beast: I'm sorry I ever called your father a thief.
Belle: [whispers] Let's go home.

Beast: You think you could be happy here?
Belle: Can anybody be happy if they aren't free?

Cogsworth: Well, Master, I have had my doubts, but everything is moving like clockwork. True love really does win the day!
Beast: I let her go.
Cogsworth: You... what?!
Lumière: Master, how could you do that?
Beast: I had to.
Cogsworth: But why?
Mrs. Potts: Because he loves her.
Lumière: Then why are we not human?
Cogsworth: Because she doesn't love him and now it's too late.
Plumette: But, she might still come back.
Beast: No. I set her free. I'm sorry I couldn't do the same for all of you. Now, go. Our time is almost past.
[Plumette sighs]
Lumière: Come, my love.
[Lumière, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, and Plumette sadly leave the West Wing]
Beast: [sings] I was the one who had it all,
I was the master of my fate.
I never needed anybody in my life,
I learned the truth too late.
I'll never shake away the pain,
I close my eyes but she's still there.
I let her steal into my melancholy heart,
It's more than I can bear.
Now I know she'll never leave me,
Even as she runs away.
She will still torment me,
Calm me, hurt me,
Move me, come what may.
Wasting in my lonely tower,
Waiting by an open door.
I'll fool myself, she'll walk right in
And be with me for evermore...
I rage against the trials of love,
I curse the fading of the light.
Though she's already flown so far beyond my reach,
She's never out of sight.
Now I know she'll never leave me,
Even as she fades from view.
She will still inspire me,
Be a part of everything I do.
Wasting in my lonely tower,
Waiting by an open door.
I'll fool myself, she'll walk right in,
And as the long, long nights begin,
I'll think of all that might have been.
Waiting here for evermore!

Gaston: [to Maurice, as he's thrown in a carriage] Have you seen the inside of a mad house, Maurice? You wouldn't last a week. Just give me your daughter and I'll set you free.
Maurice: Never.
[Gaston looks mad, closes the carriage door]
Gaston: Take him away!
[D'Arque rides away as Belle returns]
Belle: STOP!! [gets off of Phillippe and runs to Maurice in the carriage] Papa!
Maurice: Oh, Belle! I thought I lost you.
Belle: [turns to D'Arque] Let him out! He's hurt!
D'Arque: We can't do that, miss. But we'll take very good care of him.
Belle: My father's not crazy! [turns to Gaston] Gaston, tell him!
Gaston: You know how loyal, I am your family. But your father's been making some unbelievable claims.
Monsieur Jean: It's true, Belle. He's been raving about a Beast in a castle.
Belle: I've just come from a castle, there is a Beast!
Gaston: You say anything to set him free. Your word is hardly proof!
Belle: You want proof? [uses the magic mirror] Show me the Beast! [the mirror shows the Beast roaring. She shows him to the townspeople, who recoil in fear] There's your proof!
Gaston: This is sorcery! [grabs the magic mirror] Look at this Beast! [He shows the townspeople about the Beast] LOOK AT HIS FANGS! HIS CLAWS!!
Belle: No. Don't be afraid! He's gentle and kind.
Gaston: [turns to Belle] The monster has her under his spell. If I didn't know better, I'd say she even cared for him!
Belle: He's NOT a monster, Gaston! YOU ARE!! [turns to the townspeople] The Beast wouldn't hurt anyone!
Gaston: I've heard of the effects of dark magic, but I've never before seen it with my own eyes! This is a threat to a very existence! We can't have her running off to warn the Beast! Lock her up, too.
[Tom and Dick grabs Belle]
Belle: No!
Tom: Come here!
Belle: NO!
Tom: Shaddup.
Belle: You won't get away with this, Gaston!
[Tom and Dick throws Belle in the asylum carriage]
Maurice: Oh, Belle!
LeFou: [grabs Gaston's arm] Gaston, with all due respect...
Gaston: Do you want to be next? [LeFou is shocked into silence] Fetch my horse. [comes up to the carriage, to D'Arque] Stand guard. Don't let them escape! [to the townspeople] This creature will curse us all if we don't stop him! [the townspeople cheers] WELL, I SAY WE KILL THE BEAST!!!

[When Gaston and the mob sneak into the castle, LeFou notices Mrs. Potts and Chip.]
LeFou: Well, hello there. You must be the talking teacup. [to Mrs. Potts] And YOU must be his grandmother.
Mrs. Potts: [as soon of hearing this, she wakes up with a gasp] "GRANDMOTHER"?! ATTACK!
[That is when the objects spring to life and attack the villagers]

[Mrs. Potts falls off a chandelier, screaming]
Chip: Mama!
[Just as she was about to hit the floor, LeFou catches her in time]
Mrs. Potts: Thank you!
[LeFou smiles and nods "You're welcome". He spots the villagers about to attack them and dodges them. Mrs. Potts boils one villager up with tea]
LeFou: Take that! [punches the other villager out and turns to Mrs. Potts]
Mrs. Potts: Nicely handled!
LeFou: Well, I used to be on Gaston's side, but we are so in a bad place right now.
Mrs. Potts: You're too good for him anyway.
LeFou: Yeah.
Mrs. Potts: Should we get back to it, then?
[LeFou nods enthusiastically and runs off with her to join the servants in driving off the villagers]

[The enchanted objects battle the villagers. Maestro Cadenza tackles people as they approach him]
Maestro Cadenza: Ha ha! Such sweet music! Stand back!
[A furious Clothilde, wielding an ax, sees him]
Clothilde: Silence that harpsichord!
Maestro Cadenza: Wha--uh-oh...
[On the second floor balcony, Madame de Garderobe looks down and sees Cadenza, her husband, for the first time in decades]
Madame de Garderobe: MAESTRO?
Maestro Cadenza: [overjoyed] DARLING! AT LAST!
Madame de Garderobe: I'm coming, my love! [climbing onto the balcony's railing] This is it: the FAT LADY IS SINGING! [hitting an extremely high note] AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!
[Madame de Garderobe hurls herself off the balcony, piledriving Clothilde with a crash]
Maestro Cadenza: BRAVISSIMA!

Belle: [watching Gaston chase the Beast on the castle rooftop] NO!
Beast: Belle?
[He climbs up the tower and sees her]
Beast: BELLE! You came back!
Belle: I tried to stop them!
Beast: Stay there! I'm coming!

Belle: [sees Gaston fighting the Beast] GASTON, NO!
[The Beast strikes at Gaston, grabs him, and holds him over the edge]
Gaston: Don't let me go. Please, I'll do anything. Don't hurt me, Beast!!
[Then, the Beast pulls Gaston towards him]
Beast: I am NOT a beast. [puts Gaston down] GO. [Gaston runs away] GET OUT. [Gaston goes as the Beast prepares to jump to her]
Belle: Don't! It's too far!
[The Beast runs and jumps to her, climbs to her, and reunites with her. Then, Gaston shoots the Beast in the back]
Belle: Please! Come on.
[Gaston shoots the Beast again. Before he can shoot him for the third time, he notices too late that the platform underneath him crumbles and he falls to his death while screaming]

[The Beast lays dying with Belle at his side]
Beast: [weakly as he holds Belle’s hand, breathing heavily] You came back.
Belle: [tearfully] Of course I came back. I’ll never leave you again.
Beast: I’m afraid it's my turn to leave.
Belle: We’re together now. It’s going to be fine.
Beast: At least I got to see you one last time.
[The last petal falls and the Beast dies]
Belle: No. Please, no. [starts crying] Come back.
[the last petal falls, the Beast dies, and the servants began to freeze up; at the entrance the servants celebrate after chasing the mob out]
Lumière: We did it, Plumette! Victory is ours! [realizes she has frozen up into a feather duster] Plumette? Plumette! Oh, my darling Plumette... [sadly sets her down]
[Maestro Cadenza and Madame de Garderobe share their final moments]
Madame de Garderobe: Oh, Maestro... You were so brave... Goodbye, my love... [reverts to a wardrobe]
Maestro Cadenza: Amore?... No! Don't leave me... [he struggles to speak and the effects of the spell overtake him, reverting him to a harpsichord]
[Frou-Frou barks at the now inanimate Wardrobe and Harpsichord, as he lets out a final cry, turning into a footstool. Mrs. Potts frantically jumps around in search for Chip]
Mrs. Potts: Chip? Chip! Have you seen Chip? He ran off! [sobs as she frantically panics unaware of what will happen] Where is my little boy...?! [her faces slowly fades from the teapot as she freezes up, as Chip emerges from the castle]
Chip: Mama!
Cogsworth: Oh, no.
Chip: Mom! [he and his saucer flip upside down as they fly up and fall to the ground. The saucer crashes into the ground as Chapeau barely catches him and places him besides his mother as they both make their final transformation into inanimate objects]
[Lumière and Cogsworth are the only ones left. Knowing their time is up, they share their final goodbyes]
Cogsworth: Lumière, I... I can't speak...!
Lumière: [sadly] It's alright, Cogsworth.
Cogsworth: I can't... Lumière, my friend... it was an honor to serve... with you. [freezes up, into a mantel clock]
Lumière: The honor... was mine. [freezes up, into a candelabra. His flames extinguish.]
[Agathe comes in the West Wing]
Belle: [crying over the Beast's death] Come back. Please don't leave me. I love you. [kisses him]

Lumière: Oh, my prince!
Prince Adam: Hello, old friend.
[hugging Lumiere]
Lumière: It's so good to see you!
Plumette: You saved our lives, mademoiselle.
Chip: Belle, It's me! It's Chip!
[he hugs Belle]

[last lines]
Prince Adam: [while dancing with Belle] What? What is it?
Belle: [smiles] How would you feel about growing a beard?
[Prince Adam smirks and growls playfully and they both laugh as they dance]
