This is the talk page for discussing improvements to the Absolutism page.

Page creation, Valentine's Day 2013 edit

I have created this page as very necessary to some forms of indicating and clarifying competing and contending notions of what is right or wrong, proper or improper for mortal minds to embrace or reject in ALL sensual, selfish, social and spiritual forms of human endeavor, including those deemed religious, political, practical or popular. It currently contains acceptance of diverse applications of the terms "Absolutism" or "Absolutist" — but eventually, if the page becomes very large, as might not occur for many years, it could be an anchor page for various forms of absolutism as are currently indicated in the Wikipedia disambiguation page.

I personally am VERY inclined to pit any and all forms of Absolutism which might develop or arise in human minds against complemental or competing forms of Absurdism. I assert that Absurdists of VARIOUS inclinations need NOT deny that there ARE absolutes, as many who would claim to be nihilists might — but ONLY need deny that they can be absolutely, or completely and perfectly defined and delineated by mortal minds, as many authoritarians are inclined to imply or claim. In the future I expect to be more extensive in contrasting and comparing various forms of Absolutist assumptions and Absurdist assessments, and thus might add to this page extensively in coming months. ~ Kalki·· 22:55, 14 February 2013 (UTC) + tweaksReply
