Lilo & Stitch is a 2025 American science-fiction comedy film, telling the story about a lonely Hawaiian little girl named Lilo, who adopted an illegal alien from outer space named Stitch and become best friends and learn him to be part of "'ohana".

Directed by Dean Fleischer Camp. Written by Chris Kekaniokalani Bright and Mike Van Waes, remade from Disney's 2002 animated feature film of the same name.

[Tuesday; Galactic Council Emergency Session on planet Turo in the Kweltikwan Galaxy]
Grand Councilwoman: [first lines] We have apprehended a dangerous threat in one of our very own labs. [the alien council gasps in horror] Quiet! We believe that this… this… monstrosity… is the product of illegal genetic experimentation.
[Experiment 626, a blue koala-like alien with four arms, two antennas on his head, three spikes on his back, and wearing a red jumpsuit, reveals himself in the canister]
Robot: What deranged lunatic would create something like this?
Jumba: [brought in by two intergalactic soldiers, handcuffed; clears throat] I prefer "deranged genius," but thank you for the introduction.
Grand Councilwoman: Dr. Jumba Jookiba, you were tasked with safely studying biological threats, not creating them.
Jumba: "A threat"? Experiment 626 is our Federation's most sophisticated weapon. 626 is unstoppable… [626 is seen breaking out of the giant safe with incredible strength] indestructible… [we see 626 getting zap by laser ...more like tickling him since he is fireproof and bulletproof] smarter than 100 SUPER COMPUTERS!
626: [now seen playing a game of chess with him] Tooba. (meaning "Checkmate")
Jumba: [frustrated, while knocking away the chess pieces] GAH, I DON'T WANNA PLAY ANYMORE!!!
Alien Council Member: It's an atrocity!
Grand Councilwoman: SILENCE! He did not asked to be created. Perhaps, if he is so intelligent, he has the capacity to reason. [a microphone appears in the canister before 626] Experiment 626, show us that there is something inside you that is good.
626: [climbs down, walks up to the microphone like a shy child and clears throat, everyone waits, Jumba glances at his creation and the court anxiously...after a moment of silence; speaks into the microphone] Meega nala kweesta! [The whole alien council gasps in shock; cackles wickedly]
Grand Councilwoman: So naughty!
Robot: [while barfing out bolts and screws] Throwing up. Throwing up.
Jumba: [embarrassed] I did not teach him that.
Grand Councilwoman: You have made our decision easy. He is clearly the flawed product of a deranged mind. Dr. Jookiba, your lab will be destroyed.
Jumba: [shrugs; not caring] Okay, just leave me 626…
Grand Councilwoman:...and 626 exiled.
Jumba: [disappointed] Oh, come on!
Grand Councilwoman: Bailiff!
Jumba: [shocked] Wait! No, no, no, no! You can't do that! [The experiment's canister get taken away downward, much to his horror] NOOOOO!!!
[626 is then locked up in a cell, and gets a tracking collar fastened around his neck with guns pointing at him, controlled by the hammerhead shark-like alien dressed in suit and helmet]
Cell Manager: Don't get any ideas. These guns are locked onto your genetic signature. They're not gonna shoot anyone but you. [chuckles; 626 struggles and the guns move; He stops and thinks, looks at the two guns and they move; He gets an idea by drooling his spit and the guns aim but he slurps it back up before he does it again] Knock it off! Federation strictly forbids to be gross. Don't make me say-- [626 spits saliva at the Manager's face mask and the guns aim at him, much to his notice] Uh-oh. AHH! [removes his mask helmet and runs for it to save himself]
Jumba: [appearing while being escorted by two Federation soldiers] Oh, look what a pickle we've got here. [chuckles] If only there were a brilliant genius around to help you catch that monster.
Grand Councilwoman: [enraged] You! You're the reason we're in this mess!
Jumba: And I can get you out, if you release me and give me back my lab.
Grand Councilwoman: Nonsense, we'll just vaporized the planet. Captain?
Captain/Pink Alien Girl: [excitedly] Well-armed and ready, Grand Councilwoman!
Pleakley: [appearing; dressed up as a cowboy] HOLD IT! HOLD EVERYTHING! Excuse me, pardon me. You can't destroy the planet!
Captain/Pink Alien Girl: [disappointed] Aw, man!
Grand Councilwoman: Uh, who is this?
Pleakley: Agent Pleakley, Earth Expert, at your service. [tips his hat] Howdy.
Grand Councilwoman: Earth expert?
Pleakley: I'm an expert of all planets, flora, fauna and fashion.
Jumba: [sarcastically] Yeah, his outfit screams "expert".
Pleakley: Oh, yes. I'm researching Earth species that's half cow and half boy. It's very fascinating.
Grand Councilwoman: Yes, marvelous. What's your point?
Pleakley: Because Earth is a protected wildlife preserve. Yeah. We’ve been using it to rebuild the mosquito population.
Grand Councilwoman: [sighs] Crikey. Very well, Dr. Jookiba, you will travel to Earth where you will capture the escaped lab experiment known as 626. [Jumba smirks] Agent Pleakley, you will be going with him. You are deputized to make sure he follows Federation rules.
Jumba: [disbelieved] WHAT?! We don't need a babysitter--
Grand Councilwoman: This is all very dangerous and it's quite frankly, you'll died. Do you accept?
[Pleakley looks disbelieved and took off his hat]
Pleakley: [excitedly] With every heart in my body, OF COURSE I ACCEPT! I'M GOING TO EARTH!!!
Jumba: I do NOT need supervision!
Pleakley: [gasps] Premission to hug my partner, please?
Grand Councilwoman: [smirks slyly] Premission granted.
Jumba: Well, well, well, 626. What hideous, pathetic planet is caught in your crosshairs?
[At the Pelekai house… Lilo sets up a record player, listening to Elvis Presley's "Heartbreak Hotel", and lies down on the floor after getting kicked out of hula class for pushing Mertle Edmonds off the stage when Nani failed to show up to support her]
Nani: [pulls up at the house in her pickup truck and finds the front door locked] Lilo, will you please open the door?
Lilo: Read the note.
Nani: [sees the note Lilo taped to the door reading, "Go away!!!"] Ugh. [takes the note off the door] I'm sorry I missed your performance, okay
Lilo: [sarcastically] Wow, that must be so stressful for you, how 'bout you just leave me alone to die!
[Lilo, Stitch, and Nani return home after Nani got fired from her job when Stitch accidentally causes a table on fire and blamed both him and Lilo for horsing around as rain starts pouring down]
Lilo: You know, you didn't even like that job.
Nani: [turns to her; annoyed] I don't want to hear it. [unlocks the door with her keys and they enter the house] And I need to clean the house before work, so please don't make a mess. [Stitch looks around the house in surprise and shakes the water off his body] Lilo, he's getting water everywhere.
Lilo: I'm giving him a bath right now.
Nani: [as Stitch causes a little chaos in the kitchen] We're taking him back, first thing tomorrow morning! [grabs hold of him as he grabs onto the refrigerator] Why are you so strong?
Lilo: Well, I wished for him, and it came true.
Nani: We said "one day." That was our deal.
Lilo: [points to the drawing of their 'ohana on the fridge] What's that say, on the refrigerator?
Nani: We are not keeping this thing!
Lilo: "'Ohana" means "family." Family means nobody gets left behind.
Nani: Or forgotten. [Stitch opens the freezer door and hits her in the face]
Lilo: You've got to stop causing problems, Stitch.
Lilo: [while grabbing a lei and putting on around Stitch's neck] Now, be, good! Be good for one second.
Jumba: He has sharp teeth, he has claws, I designed him to be dangerous.
Pleakley: Dangerously cute.
[The Grand Councilwoman calls Jumba and Pleakley, frustrated with Jumba's failures of catching Stitch as well as alerting the humans about their existence]
Grand Councilwoman: And not only that you alerted the humans about our existence, but you still haven't captured 626!
Jumba: Grand Councilwoman, will all due respect, I'm not sure you know what's going on with 626. We have found a glitch, which is making it a little harder to get him off this planet, but don't worry, I'm sure I can figure out--
Grand Councilwoman: Enough! You're a creature of fool. I have had enough, Dr. Jookiba, you have exhausted my patience! Consider our deal terminated.
Jumba: [shocked] WHAT?!
Grand Councilwoman: No tantrums, Agent Pleakley is hereby deputize to detain you under Federation orders and escort you back to Turo immediately. [beats] Uh, hello?
Pleakley: Now? Right now?
Grand Councilwoman: No, later.
Jumba: YOU CANNOT DO THIS TO MY WORK!
Grand Councilwoman: That is not a debate. A Federation detail is on its way to clean up your mess. [hangs up]
Jumba: [trapping Pleakley in the janitor's closet, after the Grand Councilwoman cancels their deal for failing to catch Stitch] It's time to do this my way.
[Lilo finds Stitch back at the Nā Mea Ola animal shelter after finding out he left last night, sulking in his cage]
Lilo: I thought I lost you.
Stitch: Stitch break family.
Lilo: It was an accident, like a mess up.
Stitch: But, Stitch bad. [sadly walks out of the cage] Stitch is bad.
Lilo: You're not bad. You just do bad things sometimes. "'Ohana" means "family." And sometimes, family isn't perfect. [picks him up and hugs him] But that doesn't mean they aren't good.
Jumba: Who is Mai-mai and Pai-pai?
Lilo: [bursting in] That's Mama and Papa's room!
Jumba: Oh! That makes a lot more sense. [blasts the door with his blaster and smirks evilly]
Lilo: [threateningly] Stop it, or else!
Jumba: Or else what? [walks closer to her] What are you gonna do?
[Nani and David arrive at the wreckage of the house]
David: Lilo?
Nani: Lilo?! Lilo?!
David: They're not here.
Nani: I'm gonna check the back.
Tūtū: [showing up] What happened?! Where's Lilo?!
Nani: I don't know. She's not here.
Cobra: [handcuffs Pleakley] Agent Cobra Bubbles, CIA.
Nani: Wait, what? CIA?
Pleakley: Agent Wendell Pleakley from the United Galactic Federation. I'm a fellow government worker.
Tūtū: What are you doing here?!
Nani: Now, where is my sister?!
Jumba: [to Lilo] Why don't you just admit that your little friend is a dangerous, freakish monster!
Stitch: [as Lilo presses the correct button, freeing him] Also cute and FLUFFY!
Jumba: Look, look, look, look! I've been very bad! I'm growing up. That ain't excuse, I just think...
Lilo: [smirks; waves] A hui hou, hairy potato. [activities Jumba's human camouflage device]
Jumba: I propose that sometimes, we need second chances, I mean-- Wait, no! [gets ejected and is sent flying into the deep ocean below, screaming]
[The Grand Councilwoman and her intergalactic soldiers arrive on Earth to retrieve Stitch and take him into custody]
Grand Councilwoman: We are here to retrieve this dangerous experiment. Soldiers, take 626 into custody.
Lilo: [as Stitch gets handcuffed while Nani struggles to hold her back] No! HEY! Leave him alone! Let him stay!
Grand Councilwoman: I'm afraid I can't allow that. This creature posed as a threat to your species. We are sorry for what transpired here. Rest assured, those responsible will be brought to justice.
Jumba: [now back in his true alien form, gets lifted off the sea by the spaceship while being re-arrested; last words] Whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa! How dare you treat a scientific genius like this! Hey, Grand Councilwoman, can you-- [gets clonked on the head] Ow! Oh, my precious brain!
Grand Councilwoman: As for 62--
Stitch: [interrupting] Stitch.
Grand Councilwoman: [confused] What?
Stitch: My name Stitch.
Grand Councilwoman: Stitch, then.... will be--
Stitch: Can Stitch say goodbye?
Grand Councilwoman: [surprised and hesitantly] Yes.
Stitch: Thank you.
Lilo: Come here, Stitch. We're gonna to miss you.
Grand Councilwoman: Who are these people?
Stitch: This is my family. I found it all on my own. It's little and broken, but still good. Yeah. Still good.
Pleakley: Grand Councilwoman? Can we leave Stitch with his new family?
Grand Councilwoman: Absolutely not. The Council would require supervision, and who would possibly want to stay on this dilapidated mosquito farm?
Pleakley: [excitedly] Oh, oh! Me! Me! ME!
Grand Councilwoman: Nonsense..
Grand Councilwoman: You all have shown me that there is good inside this creature. However, I cannot reverse the council's decision. Experiment 626 has been sentence to life in exile. [Everyone, even Stitch, felt sad at the fact that he might not be allowed to stay after all; until...] A sentence that would be henceforth served.... [smiles] here on Earth.
[Everyone were overwhelmed with joy and Stitch's handcuffs falls off and he happily runs into Lilo's arms]
