This is the view of the window which shows the exact location where Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru was martyred on the orders of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb on Wednesday, November 24, 1675 for refusing to convert to Islam.
The notice above the window read "Shahidi Asthan Dhan Dhan Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji" which translates to "The shrine of martyrdom of the revered Guru Tegh Bahadur"
The decorated red sheet (called a rumala) covers a copy of the Guru Granth sahib which is placed on the exact location where the revered Guru was beheaded.
