English: Remains of Jewish victims executed by Nazis near the city of Zolochiv

in Lviv province of western Ukraine (then USRR). German Nazi Einsatzkommandos (Mobile Nazi murder units) did the shootings of Jewish civilians in Ukraine.

German photo (done by Gestapo after the execution before the grave was covered) was discovered by Soviets at former Gestapo headquarters in after the liberation of the city in July 1944.
