English: A Sierra Leonean woman and her child follow a UK serviceman carrying food to their village.

A joint force of Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army and Royal Air Force delivered 220 tonnes of food to remote Sierra Leonean Islands.

The military delivered the aid using the ship RFA Argus, Marine Landing Craft and Merlin Helicopters in conjunction with the World Food Program (WFP) who provided the food.
