English: Ann Dunwoody pinned with her four stars: Army Lt. Gen. Ann E. Dunwoody smiles during her promotion to general. She was pinned by Chief of Staff of the Army General George W. Casey (left) and her husband Craig Brotchie during her ceremony November 14, 2008 at the Pentagon. General Dunwoody made history as the first four-star female officer in the U.S. military.
