English: "Coat of arms of the French Fifth Republic", displayed with the 1953 grand collar of the Legion of Honour. Blazoning: D'azur, au faisceau de licteur contourné posé en pal, sur deux branches de chêne et d'olivier passées en sautoir, le tout d'or lié par un ruban du même, chargé de la devise : Liberté — Fraternité — Égalité en lettres de sable.
