I'm not sure about the following quote:
- Do not think I cannot beat an old man. This Mr. Wu is not such a simple matter. His light chops like a "baby fist" caused all these bruises.
It is about a famous tai chi teacher, and it discusses a tai chi technique, but it isn't from a tai chi practitioner. That is OK on Wikiquote I gather, but I'd like other opinions on this one. --Bradeos Graphon 21:58, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- I'd say it is relevant enough.--Cato 22:22, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- I would say no. The actual quote takes too much explanation to make it's relevance to tai chi clear, and I don't think this page should be out to use quotes to prove or disprove the martial effectiveness of tai chi. VanTucky 22:24, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- I had it up on the page, but it read awkwardly to me, especially as the first quote (in alphabetical order of names). I think if it is re-introduced it should go on a more specialised page, say if this page ever gets spun off into style-specific pages later on. Thanks! --Bradeos Graphon 22:33, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
