Talk:Speeches of Adolf Hitler

Though this page seems to have been created with the arrangement and much of the content with material from the page at http://www.nobeliefs.com/speeches.htm , there was also material that had been present on the Adolf Hitler page for many years, and though Mein Kampf as a single work might arguably have a separate page, I believe this page, for speeches of one person, should not. We have no other pages for "Speeches by" people, and I don't believe we should have them. It rather defeats the purposes of having as much significant material as possible from individuals in one location. Only with very extensive collections of quotes from single works do I believe exceptions should be made to the practice of collecting quotes by people onto one page, and I am often reluctant to split up material even then. ~ Kalki 12:30, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

I agree with Kalki on this one. I believe that this "speeches" page should be merged back with the original Adolf Hitler page. There's no reason to separate quotation pages if they are generally speaking of complete relevance to the same person. It's nonsensical just to separate based on these being speeches and the rest being quotations and word of mouth quotes. They should all be on one page, easier and more accessible to locate.
