Source of quotes edit

I have these quotes from a book “Günter Brus:Nervous Stillness on the horizon” published in 2005;the same book as in References.Evidently, very poor documentation of source,so now I am reading "Missing manual";to find out how to cite every quote from that book correctly-so it points to particular footnote marked with particular number(where I will name the same book again, with a difference writing page number for each quote). If it will be correct doing it this way.It looks like I must create my wiki user page in order to don’t be considered to be vandal.Pieceofpeper 18:47, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

I think it’s allright now, don’t you think so? Pieceofpeper

Is the mismatching name of an article the only reason for cleanup?;name of article(Gunter brus)is differant from name of the person written is article(Günter Brus)??? Please someone tell me what is the reason for it.Besides it,I have everything perfectly cited as if this was Wikipedia article-or this form is not suitable for Wikiquotes?User:Pieceofpeper

The cleanup that was still needed has been done - it include formatting and spelling. ~ UDScott 20:26, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for re-formating it-now it looks much better.By the way,how did you rename the page? Pieceofpeper

Sure. The renaming is done when you move a page (see one of the tabs at the top of the page). ~ UDScott 21:41, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

To all editors of Wikiquote edit

In future,if anybody would like to edit "Günter Brus"article, then, hopefully, make sure that he won´t mix quotations up or change their wording;unless they know the original wording of quotes, which are only available in book "Nervous Stillness on the Horizon" itself. Do not make dramatic changes, that will be hard to revert or change back, because I gave a lot of work into this article and I am still adding new quotes and I am planning on bettter organizing the content. I know I can´t forbid you to make changes, but take my request into consideration. Thanks--Pieceofpeper 20:33, 12 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Why is it not possible to create infoboxes for persons of Wikiquotes? edit

i am really interested in this matter!--Pieceofpeper 16:47, 18 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

It would be possible to create templates for this, but it would not really be appropriate for Wikiquote's purpose, which is quotations not biography. The article introduction should contain enough information to identify the person and what he is principally noted for, and should be brief enough that there is no need to summarize with an infobox. Further information about the person is welcome at Wikipedia. ~ Ningauble 11:03, 19 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
