Karna

character of epic Mahabharata; son of Surya and Kunti

Karna (Devanāgari: कर्ण) is the central protagonist of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. He was the greatest archer in the epic and had the highest achievements more than any other warrior in his military career. He alone conquered the world on a single chariot. He fought against the Pandavas (his brothers) as a friend of Duryodhana, he fought on his behalf against the Pandavas in the Kurukshetra War.
