Jason Biggs

Jason Matthew Biggs (born May 12, 1978) is an American actor best known for his role as Jim Levenstein in the American Pie series of teen comedy films. He voiced Leonardo in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series, and portrays Larry Bloom in Orange Is the New Black.
