George Vella
Maltese politician
George William Vella (born 24 April 1942) is a Maltese politician serving as the tenth president of Malta since 2019. A member of the Labour Party, Vella previously served as the minister for foreign affairs from 1996 to 1998 and again from 2013 to 2017 under two governments.
