English: "Planning motor car expedition across Asia. Georges-Marie Haardt of Paris will head a scientific party which will start shortly on an expedition which will cover 13,500 miles in Asia, including previously unexplored sections. The expedition will travel in special caterpillar-drive equipped motor cars. Haardt came to Washington to complete arrangements for the National Geographic Society to participate in the project.
