Alexei Alexeyevich Abrikosov

Soviet, Russian and American theoretical physicist

Alexei Alexeyevich Abrikosov (June 25, 1928 - March 29, 2017) was a Russian theoretical physicist whose main contributions were in the field of condensed matter physics. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2003.
